We collect name, email, phone, business information, payment details (processed by Stripe), usage data, and end-customer data processed on your behalf when delivering the Services.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver and manage our Services, process payments, send service communications, send marketing messages where you have provided consent under CASL, and improve our platform through anonymised analytics. We do not sell your data.

4. Marketing Communications (CASL)

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or replying STOP to any SMS, or by emailing privacy@trywrenchly.com.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share data only with trusted service providers including Calendly, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and AI calling platforms. Some providers may be located outside Canada. By using our services, you acknowledge this.

6. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights contact privacy@trywrenchly.com. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at priv.gc.ca.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
